Pipe Choked

Hi Michael !

Thank you for your submission.

Your question: Suspect water leak from air-con on unidentified PVC pipe sticking out near the air-con compressor.

I am sorry that I do not really understand what question you are asking. I will try my best to answer your question as far as possible.

By the look at your photographs, there is a white PVC pipe sticking out from a wall. The wall behind the PVC pipe should be a toilet. There is also a rubber hose coming from a house going into the PVC pipe. This look like an air-conditioner is connected to a water hose to drain water into the PVC pipe which then drain to the toilet.

The next thing I saw is that there is a lot of water on the floor. This look like the PVC pipe is choked and no water from the water hose is allow to go in causing the water to leak on the floor instead.

If my analysis above is correct, try using a vacuum cleaner which are allow to take in water to vacuum the PVC pipe.

I hope that help.
