Air leak From the non operating aircon unit

when the room aircon is on , the living aircon unit will have cold air coming out although the unit is not on.
but when u on the next day it still happens the same thing .. But if it is on on another alternate days the above situation is not happening when the aircon get to rest for a day.
This situation happens on n off..
Hope u can give me some advice.

From the description you provided...

There are 2 possibility, the valves which supply freon might be faulty. This problem causes the freon to send to wrong indoor fan coil.

Another possibility is that the outdoor PCB might be faulty which sends wrong signal to the wrong indoor fan coil.

When freon is supply to your living room air-con which is not switched. Ice will starts to form on the coil and when the compressor is off, the ice will starts to melt. To prevent it from happen, switched ON your living air-con too when you feel that it is cold.

There might be more than 2 possibility which are mention above. You might still need a air-con technician to have a look at your air-conditioner.
